Warranty Coverage—the best in the industry

All of our wood products are beautifully handcrafted using high quality, long lasting, heavy duty lumber (2” x 10”, & 4″ x 4”) and stainless steel or ceramic coated screws. They are delivered in their natural, unfinished state, sanded smooth and ready for finishing. Customers may choose to finish in any way that suits them, e.g. Stain, paint, clear finish, clear oil, etc. In fact, many customers use this finishing as an activity for their residents. We will also make recommendations for our clients based upon the wood chosen. We also expect the customer to apply their finish every few years, or as needed.

Note: We do ask that your receiving people, when the product is delivered, to check that there are no obvious damages to the product prior to accepting delivery. If the damage is slight and only affects couple of the boards, we will send replacement boards and hardware. Otherwise, if the damage should be significant, we ask that they do not accept delivery.

Accessible Gardens warrants that all products to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for the following periods by product (wood) selected. Within the period of this warranty Accessible Gardens will replace, free of charge, any damaged parts or wood boards and the necessary fasteners to make the repair.

Other than periodic staining, we recommend an annual check of the various joints and fasteners. Periodic tightening may be necessary. And, of course, if you’re cultivating annual crops, we suggest you turn over the soil with each new growing season to properly aerate and loosen the soil to facilitate root growth. It is recommended you replace soil every few years.
